Sales and Refunds

Can I get a bundled license for both iA Writer and Presenter?

No, they are separate purchases—find out more on our Pricing page.

Do you have a trial period?

Unfortunately, Apple does not allow free trials for paid-upfront apps on the App Store. We’re happy to provide a free trial for Mac as you can see on our Try page.

Can I get a refund?

Discounts

Any discounts available?

Educational discounts are available for the purchase of 20 licenses or more, via the Apple School Manager.
Volume discounts are available for the purchase of 20 licenses or more, via the Apple Business Manager.

Apple's App Store distribution does not support discounts on an individual basis, as much as we'd like to be able to offer that.

Does iA Presenter ever go on sale?

We don’t offer discounts, except for educational and volume purchases. iA Presenter won’t be on sale on Black Friday, and we generally don’t run campaigns either.

App Store FAQ

iA Presenter for iOS is distributed via Apple’s App Store. If you’ve purchased iA Presenter and would like to reinstall it, but can’t find it in App Store, there are five possibilities:

1. Different Apple ID

Please log in using that Apple ID to install or upgrade Presenter.

2. Got iA Presenter for Mac instead of iPhone

They are separate purchases—find out more on our Pricing page

3. Different regions/ country

Apple doesn't carry over purchases from other regions so you may not see it in your Purchased history if you've changed regions since you originally bought the app.

4. The App Store has forgotten about this

Double-check that you’re logged in using the Apple ID you originally used to purchase, then click the Buy Now button. After entering your password you’ll see a dialog informing you you’ve already purchased the app, and there’s no charge.

5. You accidentally hid the app

It is possible to hide previously purchased apps. To unhide, follow the steps outlined in Apple’s Hiding and unhiding purchases support article.

Roadmap and Features

Do you have a roadmap?

We don’t provide a roadmap or publish timelines for unreleased features, beyond what we talk about on our blog.
However, we do document and share feedback with our team members. If you’d like to request a feature, send us an email with the specifics.

Is there a web version of iA Presenter?

No. We develop our apps natively for each platform. We don’t currently have plans to develop a web-based version of iA Presenter.

What languages does iA Presenter support?

The interface is available in English. Spelling, autocorrect, and grammar are system based. The presentation’s text can be in any left-to-right language. More about languages here.

Technical Questions

What OS do I need for iA Presenter for iPhone?

iA Presenter is supported on iOS 16 and above.

Is iA Presenter available on Windows/Linux?

No. Presenter is currently available on macOS and iOS. We’d love to expand into other platforms, but it’s too early to make such plans now.

Data Privacy

iA Inc. does not have access to any user-generated content stored in iA Presenter.
We collect only two types of data: Crash reports and anonymous statistics.
